How to quit smoking?
First of all you must be emotionally and mentally prepared for this step, but not to please other people’s wish but do it for yourself. Everyone should try to quit smoking in different way,according to his way of living,habits and support that gets from other people. There are a lot of organizations that are offering help to fight this bad addiction, different products like smokeless tobacco products or nicotine gum, you can find online help or join to some of many support groups, but having a strong will to go further is what you need!
Doing exercises helps a lot,so depending on your day schedule is good to find time for running, aerobic exercises or start practicing relaxation techniques such as meditation,deep breathing and yoga that certainly will help you to reduce the stress that in most cases is the main reason why people smoke.
Drink a lot of liquids but try to avoid alcohol and coffee because they are considered as smoking triggers. On work don’t take a coffee break, instead go for a walk and try not to replace the need for smoking with to much food.
