4.Jumping like an antelope
The antelope is one of the animals with best jump. In distance they can jump even 10 meters while in high 3 meters. Of course you should only know that jumping is good for your health.
For example, jumping rope only 5 minutes every day will protect your body from osteoporosis, and you will also feel very good.
- Swimming like a fish
