For this diet you’ll need only a lot of lemons and please use medium sized lemons!
Day first: squeeze 1 lemon and add the juice in 1 cup of water. Drink this lemon water before you eat your breakfast.
Day second: squeeze 2 lemons and mix the juice with 2 cups of water. Also drink this before your breakfast.
Day third: squeeze 3 lemons and use 3 cups of water and continue drinking it before breakfast.
Day fourth: juice from 4 lemons + 4 cups of water = drinking before breakfast.
Day fifth: juice from 5 lemons+ 5 cups of water= drink before breakfast.
Day sixth: squeeze juice from 6 lemons+ 6 cups of water= drink before breakfast.
Day seventh: now we have 7 lemons + 7 cups of water= also before breakfast!
Day eighth: 8 lemons+ 8 cups of water= before breakfast!
Day ninth: squeeze 9 lemons and mix the juice with 9 cups or water, and this is the last number when you should drink the lemon water before breakfast. The next amounts you will drink during the whole day,but is reccomended to do that before food intake!
Day tenth: squeeze 10 lemons and add the juice in 10 cups of water. Put the lemon water in bottles and keep it in the fridge until you drink all of it, during the day.
Day eleventh: do the same thing but now with 11 lemons and 11 cups of water. Drink all day!
Day twelfth: once again,make lemon water from 12 lemons and 12 cups of water and use it in one day!
Day thirteenth: 13 lemons+13 cups of water.
Day fourteenth: the culmination with the number of lemons…. squeeze 14 lemons and mix with 14 cups of water. Drink whole day!
At this point you are on the half of your diet and in the next 14 days, you will go back with the number of lemons, starting with 14 lemons again meaning:
Day fifteenth: squeeze 14 lemons and use 14 cups of water,place in bottles and drink during the day.
Day sixteenth: add 13 lemons juices in 13 cups of water.
Day seventeenth: 12 lemons+ 12 cups water.
Day eighteenth: 11 lemons and 11 cups of water and again drink during the whole day!
Day nineteenth: starts with juice from 10 lemons and 10 cups of water. Mix well and drink before your breakfast!
Once you’ll reach again the number of 9 lemons, you’ll have to drink the lemon water as at the beginning, only before breakfast!
Day twentieth: squeeze 9 lemons+ 9 cups of water.
Continue in the same way, reducing 1 lemon every day until you get to the last day from your diet,Day twenty-eighth when you will drink lemon juice from 1 lemon and 1 cup of water, like on the beginning!
After this period of time, you will already have your results….. just stay strong with your determination and finish the lemon diet!
Those people who have sensitive teeth, probably will get more sensitivity from the lemons,so it’s reccomended after every drinking of lemon water,to wash their mouth with water or solution of water and baking soda!
Other may feel dizziness and weakness due to the act of removing the toxins from the body and if this last for a long time you should consult your doctor before continuing the diet!
