Just to remind you that the main rule of keto diet is increasing the fat intake instead of carbs which will stimulate your body to use fats as initial source of energy. When there is a lack of carbs, your body will burn the stored fat and the results will be far more than expected! So for all of you who follow this diet and enjoy in the simple pleasure called COFFEE, we’ve prepared some recipes for Keto coffee. Benefits of drinking keto coffee rich in healthy fats are:

* Loosing weight thanks to the small intake of carbs your body will burn the fat for energy and soon you’ll get rid of your stored fats.
KETO COFFEE RECIPES
All ingredients are for preparation of coffee for two people!
¼ cup Espresso
2 fresh egg yolks
¼ cup heavy cream
2 balls of sugar free vanilla ice cream.
Prepare the coffee and let it cool down.
Put yolks and heavy cream into a blender and mix until make a foam.
Add the cold espresso and mix little more.
Put each ball of ice cream in a serving cups and then pour the coffee above.
¼ cup strong coffee
2 cups of unsweetened almond milk ( you can use with taste of vanilla)
50g of 85% dark chocolate
½ of cinnamon stick
Little orange zest ( use organic or wash the fruit with soap and water)
Take two heat resistant coffee cups and warm them up.
Heat the milk, the pieces of chocolate and cinnamon on medium heat in a small pot until you see the first bubbles on the edge. Mix constantly and after a minute turn it off.
Mix the coffee with orange zest and then add in the prepared milk.
Pour the coffee in the heated cups and serve immediately!
If you like you can add little rum!
2 cups coffee
2 shots Whiskey
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ cup Heavy cream
1 tbsp coconut oil
First infuse the coffee.
Beat the heavy cream with a hand mixer until is done, then add the cinnamon and coconut oil and continue mixing until homogenize.
Pour the coffee in cups ,then pour the whiskey into the coffee and mix well.
At the end top with the cinnamon whipped cream.
1 cup strong coffee
2 tbsp grass-fed unsalted butter
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 tsp gingerbread spice
Put all ingredients into your blender and mix well.
Serve hot or cold with whipped coconut cream on the top!
¼ cup espresso
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
85% dark chocolate
Heavy whipped cream
1 tbsp grass-fed unsalted butter
1 tsp MCT oil
Prepare the espresso and leave it to cool down.
Place the chopped chocolate in a small pot and heat on small temperature. Add the butter and MCT oil and stir occasionally until melted.
Take two heat resistant glass coffee cups and pour first the melted chocolate- butter.
In coffee shaker mix the cold espresso with almond milk and add over the chocolate.
Top with whipped cream and pinch of cinnamon!
1 cup of coffee
¼ cup coconut milk
2 tsp whipped cream
¼ cup homemade keto eggnog
2 balls sugar free ice cream
Mix the hot coffee with cold coconut milk.
Add the eggnog into the coffee and mix with a spoon.
Pour the coffee in tall glasses and top with ice cream and whipped cream.
You can make different combinations to prepare your favorite keto coffee. Choose the keto ingredients you like and use your imagination! It’s excellent way to start your day, increase your energy and stay in ketosis!
