1.Crockpot beef roast
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds ( 900 grams) beef chuck roast.
- 8 Oz ( 220 grams) sour cream.
- 2 – 3 peppers ( chilli by taste).
- ¼ cup of butter.
- 2 tablespoons of mustard.
- 5 – 6 garlic cloves ( minced).
- 2 – 3 sprigs of rosemary ( fresh or dry).
- 2 tablespoons of dry marjoram or basil.
- Fresh ground pepper and salt to taste.
Instructions:
Grease the slow cooker with your favorite cooking oil.
Place the meat inside and sprinkle first with salt and pepper and then with marjoram and rosemary.
Add on the top the minced garlic and the peppers.
Mix separately the sour cream, the butter and mustard and add also on the top.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low around 8 hours or on high temperature 4 hours.

2. Crockpot pork chops
Ingredients:
- 5-6 pork chops ( thick).
- 2 cups of sliced fresh mushrooms.
- 1 ½ cup of ketchup.
- 1/3 cup of soy sauce.
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper.
- 5-6 bay leaves.
Instructions:
Mix the spices ( salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano) in a bowl.
Coat the pork chops with the mixture of spices and place them in the slow cooker.
Put the bay leaves between every piece of meat.
Add the mushrooms and pour the ketchup and soy sauce.
Cover and cook on low temperature 7-8 hours.
3. Crockpot chicken vegetables mix
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds ( 900 grams) boneless chicken breast ,cut into small cubes.
- 1 pound (450 grams) ham, also cubed.
- 1 cup chopped carrots.
- 1 cup chopped celery.
- 1 large onion chopped.
- 2 – 3 peppers, sliced.
- 1 cup cubed zucchini.
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder.
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano.
- 2 teaspoons dried basil.
- 2 teaspoons salt.
- 2 cups chicken broth.
Instructions:
Place the chicken and ham in your slow cooker.
Add the vegetables and spices.
Pour the broth, cover and cook on low 7 to 8 hours.
4. Crockpot Pork Cabbage
Ingredients:
- 1 small cabbage, shredded.
- 2 pounds ( 900 grams) boneless pork shoulder roast, cubed.
- 1 large onion, chopped.
- 10 cloves garlic, cut in half.
- 3 bay leaves.
- 1 cup chopped carrots.
- 1 can tomato sauce.
- ½ glass of white wine.
- 1 teaspoon salt.
- 1 teaspoon marjoram.
- ½ teaspoon ground coriander.
- 1 cup water.
Instructions:
Fry a little the onion and carrots in a sauce pan.
Add the pork cubes and continue cooking for 10 minutes.
At the end add the cabbage and tomato sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
Transfer all into the slow cooker, add the wine, garlic, bay leaves, spices and the water.
Mix well and cook for 6 – 7 hours on low temperature.
5. Crockpot beef and green beans
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds (900 grams) beef chops.
- 3 cups of fresh green beans, trimmed.
- 1 onion, sliced.
- 5 cloves garlic, minced.
- 2 large tomatoes, diced.
- 2- 3 tablespoons of mustard.
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- 1 cup vegetable broth.
- Salt, pepper and dried rosemary.
Instructions:
Put the vegetables and spices in the slow cooker and mix them well.
Pour the olive oil and the broth and mix again.
Coat the beef chops in the mustard and little salt and place them on the top of the green beans.
Cook on low temperature for 8 hours or on high 4 hours.
6. Crockpot Cheese Beef Meatballs
Ingredients:
For the meatballs:
- 2 ½ pounds ( 1350 grams) ground beef.
- 2 eggs.
- 1 large onion, minced.
- 6 cloves garlic, minced.
- 3 tablespoons of flour.
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried basil.
- 10 Oz ( 280g) Gouda cheese, cut in small pieces.
For the sauce:
- 4 cans of tomato sauce ( or use fresh tomatoes and blend them).
- 2 teaspoons of dried parsley and basil.
- 1 teaspoon salt.
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Instructions:
First prepare the meatballs: In a large bowl put the ground beef and add the eggs, onion, flour and spices. Mix until combined. Make medium meatballs by inserting 1 piece of cheese in the center of each meatball.
Then prepare the sauce : In a sauce pan stir the tomato sauce and the other ingredients.
Next, place the meatballs into the slow cooker and pour the tomato sauce all over it. The sauce should cover the meatballs completely.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, on high 3 hours.
7. Crockpot Turkey Cauliflower
Ingredients:
- 1 pound Roast Turkey Breast pieces.
- 1 medium – sized Cauliflower, broken into florets.
- 1 large onion, chopped.
- 1 cup of chopped carrots.
- 1 cup chicken soup.
- 4 Oz ( 115 grams) cheddar cheese, grated.
- 3 tablespoons olive oil.
- Salt, pepper and little dry marjoram.
Instructions:
Place the florets of cauliflower into your slow cooker.
Add the onion, carrots and spice a little.
Top first with turkey pieces and then with grated cheese.
Pour the chicken soup and cook on low temperature for 6 hours or on high 3 hours.
8. Crockpot sausages in tomato sauce:
Ingredients:
- 5 – 6 sausages ( use your favorite).
- 1 ½ can tomato sauce.
- 2 onions, sliced.
- 4 Oz ( 110grams) mozzarella cheese, sliced.
Instructions:
Put the sausages to your crockpot and prick them with toothpick.
Add the tomato sauce and onion and on the top cover with mozzarella cheese.
Optional top with seasonings.
Cook on low for 6 hours or on high 3 hours!
9. Crockpot chicken and leek
Ingredients:
- 3 pounds ( 1360 grams) chicken steak, pounded to ¼ inch thickness.
- 3 – 4 leeks, chopped.
- 8 Oz ( 220 grams) bread crumbs.
- 16 Oz ( 450 grams) sour cream.
- 4 tablespoons of melted butter.
- 2 – 3 tablespoons mustard.
- 2 teaspoons chicken seasonings.
- 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Instructions:
Put the olive oil in the crock pot.
Coat the steak in mustard and place it inside the cooker.
In a bowl, mix the leek, the butter, the sour cream, bread crumbs and seasonings.
Add this mixture over the meat and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2 hours.
10. Crockpot low carb pizza
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ( 450 grams) ground beef.
- 1 onion, chopped.
- 3 cloves garlic, minced.
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced.
- 3 cups fresh spinach, chopped.
- 3 smoked Italian sausages, sliced.
- 1 cup olives, sliced.
- ½ can tomato sauce.
- 0.5 pound ( 220 grams) Gouda cheese, sliced.
Instructions:
In a fry pan, put the onion and garlic and fry 5 minutes.
Add the ground beef, fry 10 minutes and at the end pour the tomato sauce and fry for 5 minutes more.
Put half of the mixture in slow cooker.
Place over half of the sausages.
Then place a layer of spinach ( half), another layer of olives, mushrooms and cheese.
Repeat the layers, starting with the other half of ground beef and sausages and finish with Gouda cheese.
Cook on low 4-5 hours or on high 2 hours.
11. Crockpot Pork Ribs in bacon
Ingredients:
- 3 pounds ( 1350 g) pork ribs.
- 1 pound (450 g) bacon, sliced.
- 8 cloves garlic, sliced.
- 3 tablespoons (full) mayonnaise.
- 3 tablespoons cheese cream.
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce.
- 1 lemon juice.
- 1 cup vegetable broth.
- Spice mix: coriander, salt, pepper, thyme and chill ( optional).
Instructions:
Rub the ribs with spice mix and refrigerate ribs at least 1 hour before cooking.
In a bowl mix the mayonnaise, cheese cream, vegetable broth, Soy sauce and lemon juice.
Wrap the ribs with bacon and place ribs in the slow cooker.
Add the sliced garlic and pour the prepared sauce.
Cook on low for about 8 hours or on high 4 hours.
12. Crockpot chicken casserole
ingredients:
- 2 pounds ( 900g) chicken breasts.
- 1 zucchini, chopped.
- 1 onion, chopped.
- 3-4 green chilies, chopped (optional).
- 1 teaspoon cumin.
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
- 2 tablespoons butter.
- ½ cup heavy cream.
- ½ cup sour cream.
- ½ cup cream cheese.
- ½ cup chicken soup.
Instructions:
Put chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
Add the green chilies, chicken soup and spices and cook on low for 6 hours.
In a saucepan heat the butter, heavy cream, cream cheese and sour cream until become smooth.
After is cooked, shred the chicken and add the cream mixture in the slow cooker and cook on low for 1 hour.
13. Crockpot Beef and Broccoli
Ingredients:
- 1.5 – 2 pounds ( 650 – 900g) beef chuck roast, cubed.
- 4 cups broccoli florets.
- 12 Oz mushrooms, quartered.
- 6 cloves garlic, minced.
- 3 bay leaves.
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce.
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce.
- ¾ cup dry red wine.
- ½ cup water.
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme or marjoram.
- Salt and pepper.
Instructions:
Season beef chunks with salt and pepper and place them in the crock pot in single layer.
Add the mushrooms, broccoli and garlic.
Spice again and add the tomato sauce, Soy sauce, wine and water.
Top with bay leaves.
Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
14. Slow cooked Lamb casserole
Ingredients:
- 3 pounds ( 1350g) lamb, diced.
- 3 onions , chopped.
- 2 carrots, diced.
- 10 garlic cloves, crushed.
- 1 can diced tomatoes.
- 2 cups vegetable soup
- 1 cup water.
- 7 Oz ( 200 ml) dry red wine.
- 1 teaspoon marjoram.
- 1 teaspoon dry rosemary.
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper.
Instructions:
Put everything in the slow cooker and cook on low 8 -10 hours.
15. Crockpot frittata
Ingredients:
- 5 Oz spinach, washed and chopped.
- Non stick spray ( to spray the cooker).
- 1 onion, chopped.
- 2 -3 peppers ( chilli optional) diced.
- 1 cup sour cream.
- ½ cup ricotta cheese.
- 8 eggs, well beaten.
Instructions:
Spray the slow cooker.
Put the spinach, onion and peppers.
In a bowl beat the eggs well, add the sour cream and ricotta and mix well.
Pour over the spinach in the slow cooker and mix again until combined.
Add salt and pepper to taste and cook on low for 1 hour.
16. Crockpot Meatloaf
Ingredients:
- 2 ½ pounds ( 1150g) ground beef.
- 1 onion, chopped.
- ½ cup bread crumbs.
- 1 egg beaten.
- 1 cup finely ground parmesan.
- 2 tablespoons mustard.
- Salt, pepper and marjoram to taste.
- 4 eggs, hard boiled, peeled.
Instructions:
In a large bowl mix all ingredients except for the boiled eggs, and work everything together with your hands.
Place 1/3 from the mixture inside the slow cooker, pat well and then place the boiled eggs in a row down the middle of the meatloaf.
With the remaining meat cover the eggs and shape the meatloaf by gentle pressing to avoid forming any holes.
Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high 2-3 hours.
17. Slow cooker Chicken Avocado soup
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ( 450g) chicken wings.
- 8 cups chicken broth.
- 3 garlic cloves, minced.
- 1 celery stalk, sliced.
- 1-2 carrots, sliced.
- 1 tomato, diced.
- Handful parsley, chopped.
- 2 avocados, diced.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions:
Put all ingredients in the slow cooker, except for avocados.
Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
When is done, shred the chicken and return to the slow cooker.
Serve with diced avocados.
18. Crockpot Turkey Lasagna
Ingredients:
- 2 ½ pounds ( 1150g) ground turkey.
- 2 onions, small chopped.
- 1 cup tomato sauce.
- 2 cups ricotta cheese.
- 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 2-3 chilli peppers, by taste.
- 3 cups cheddar cheese, grated.
- 6 low – carb tortillas.
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil.
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions:
In a frying pan heat the oil and add the onion, peppers, mushrooms and ground turkey.
When is cooked, add the tomato sauce and ricotta cheese and continue cooking until the sauce evaporates.
Add the spices.
Spray the slow cooker with non-stick spray.
Cut the tortillas in half and insert few in the crock pot making a layer.
Cover the layer with a part of meat mixture and cover with part of grated cheddar cheese.
Repeat the process by making a second layer until finish the ingredients.
Finish with the grated cheese.
Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high 2-3 hours.
19. Crockpot Pork Loin in Bacon
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds (900g) pork loin roast.
- 1 pack dry vegetables mix.
- 1 cup cream soup from mushrooms.
- 1 pound (450g) sliced bacon.
Instructions:
Rub the meat with the dry vegetable mix.
Wrap the bacon around the pork roast and put in the crock pot.
Pour over the cream soup and cook on low temperature for 8 hours or in high 4-5 hours.
20. Crockpot chicken and artichokes
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds (900g) chicken breasts, diced.
- 14.5 Oz (411g) marinated artichokes, chopped.
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed.
- ½ cup of black olives, sliced.
- 4 cups of chicken stock.
- Handful of parsley.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions:
Put all ingredients in your slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high 2-3 hours.
